Subject: Tamil literature
Halo Mr.Prakash,
I went through your webpage on hinduism. Good effort. I think the
chronology of tamil literature you have cited is not correct,
especially, Tirukural.
Tirukural should have been written before 100B.C I suppose. I could not
understand how come tiruvalluvar and kambar could be contemporary
thinkers. There is no mention of valluavr's life around 500 to 1200
A.D.
Even silappathikaram is dated around 100 B.C. Please verify.
with regards,
Senthil.

Hello Mr. Arumugam,
Congratulations on the creation of an excellent home page dedicated to the
welfare of Hinduism! I was using your page as a resource for a Religions of
the Far East religous journal. The only thing that I cannot find is
holidays/holydays. If you could give me this information it would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks Again

Hi. How are you doing. I just wanted to say thank-you for the information on
Hinduism. Just to give you an idea. I am a high school teacher and I am
teaching right now on hinduism, and so was seeking more info.
Have you ever thought of designing some lesson plans for high school
teachers?

Subject: Mythology
I am a grade nine student in Canada and I have to do some research and
compare Greek mythology with Hindu mythology under the topic floods or
heroes or seasons. I have been cruising the net but I could get nothing
under those topics. I really enjoyed going through your pages on the net
and I wondered if you could help me with this only if you don't have to
go through much trouble.
Yours sincerely

Subject: Interviews
Dear Sir,
My name is Sara Bourne and I go to Brandeis Hillel Day School in San
Francisco, California, USA. I am in the sixth grade and I am 12. I read your
web site of an Introduction to Hinduism. It was very interesting and I
learned a lot from it. I am very interested in Hinduism. In fact, I am doing
a report called "The I Search", which is a regular report, but I could pick
any topic I wanted to research. I picked Hindu Reincarnation.
My question for the report is "What do The Hindus believe about
reincarnation?". I am very interested about this because, I never knew The
Hindus believe about reincarnation. I thought, since you had written the
wonderful web site of all the information, maybe you could give me some
information, about beliefs of The Hindus about reincarnation.
I understand, you maybe very busy, and don't have the time, but I'd
appreciate it if you helped me. You may e-mail me some information, to
Sara101715@aol.com
, if it is possible. Instead, if you would like to send
it to me, that would be fine. Or, if it would be the most convinient for you
for me to do anything, mail you, call you, or anything for me to do, I'd
gladly help, if you want to give me that kind of information.
Thanks for you help,

Namaster! Lieber Prakash Arumugam!
wendelin

Subject: An Introduction to Hinduism - Good Job!

Dear Shri Prakash,

Thanks for a good job well done!
However, may I point out one geographical (?) error?
'Dharmasthala' is NOT in south Kerala, as has been mentioned in "the
Spirit of Tolerance" section; it is in Karnataka, in Dakshina Kannada
Distrit.

Is it possible to correct the error? Thanks!
Sincerely,
-Harihareswara
